CRaDL stands for composition, rhetoric, and digital literacy. The minor focuses on the myriad activities, texts, and people involved with writing in the twenty-first century. CRaDL courses explore the ways that longstanding and contemporary thinking about rhetoric can inform our thinking and communication. We develop and share ideas with words, images, video, even sound. We make decisions to engage an audience in multiple situations--from school to work to organizations to our personal and social networks. The CRaDL minor provides for the study and practice of these key elements of composing.
