CRaDL faculty member Daniel Anderson recently spoke with students in IDST194: Modes of Inquiry--an undergraduate research exposure course. Anderson spent some time exploring the work produced by CRaDL students and demonstrating the possibilities of alternative modes of scholarship. A good deal of discussion was related to modes of communicating with materials other than words, as seen in this student-created video:
In the video, we see many of the themes that might be typically taken up in a term paper on Hamlet expressed through repetitions of sound, visual imagery, video clips, and text.
